MVP Ventures 2025

Jake Liberman
The MVP Ventures Program is a NSW Government initiative supporting startups and innovative SMEs to bridge the gap between early-stage research and large-scale private investment. With grants between $25,000 and $50,000, the program helps businesses develop and commercialise new, highly innovative products by progressing along the Technology Readiness Level (TRL) scale.

Key Details

  • Funding Available: From $25,000 to $50,000 per project
  • Applications Open: 1 July 2025 (2025–26 round)
  • Assessment Model: Non-competitive, processed in order of submission

⚠️ Note: The 2024–25 round has already closed early due to high demand. Businesses should prepare early for the 2025–26 round.

  • Market access and commercialisation planning
  • Advanced manufacturing setup

Projects must involve eligible expenditure only, as defined in the official program guidelines.

Why Work With a Grant Writer?

The MVP Ventures Program may seem straightforward — but crafting a compelling, compliant, and fundable application often takes 30 to 60 hours of deep work. From detailing TRL progress to budget justification and demonstrating unmet funding needs, each step matters.
An experienced grant writer can help you clarify your project narrative, align it with policy priorities, and maximise your likelihood of success — while letting you stay focused on building your product.

At Grant Savvy, we’ve helped startups and scale-ups secure millions in competitive funding.
