Service Delivery

Grant Savvy provides grant writing, tender support, commercialisation planning, and funding strategy services for clients operating in Australia. We do not guarantee the success of any application, as funding decisions are made solely by grant administrators and funding bodies.

Timeframes for service delivery will be discussed during the engagement process. Expedited services may attract an additional fee.

Payments and Fees

Fees are outlined in writing prior to the commencement of work and must be paid as agreed in the service engagement or invoice. Grant Savvy reserves the right to suspend or withhold services in the event of late payment.

In success-fee arrangements, the fee becomes payable once a Letter of Offer or equivalent confirmation is issued by the funding body, regardless of whether the client proceeds with the grant.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Grant Savvy excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising out of the use or inability to use the Service, including (but not limited to) reliance on information, loss of opportunity, or application rejection.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law (including under the Australian Consumer Law), our liability is limited to the re-supply of services or the cost of such re-supply.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the content of this website and our original documentation (including templates, reports, and advice) remain the property of Grant Savvy. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of our materials without express written permission.
